This upcoming Tuesday May 3rd, CrossFit Billings will be starting our third 8 week Olympic lifting session!! This Olympic Lifting session us open to anyone and everyone. Anyone who has a goal to increase strength, become more proficient in the Olympic Lifts, or simply want to learn more about Olympic lifting should consider becoming apart of this 8 week session.
