20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

Looking to make that transition between kettlebell weights? Start swinging the next size up kettlebell but start with a smaller swing and/or less reps. Once you get used to swinging that bell, increase the swing height and/or reps. before you know it, your going to be swinging that heavier kettlebell!!!
