CrossFit Kids is making a return October 19th!!! Our fall session of CrossFit Kids will run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00-4:30pm for kids ages 4-6 and 4:30-5:15 for kids ages 7-12. Cost of the session will be $100 and we are offering a special shirt to everyone in this session for $20.
