“Death by 10m”
With a continuous running clock, sprint 10m the first minute, 2x 10m the second minute, 3x 10m the third minute, adding a 10m length each minute until your cannot complete the number of lengths within the corresponding minute.


4×5 Ropes Climbs as fast as possible
*Rest 2 min between sets*

We are going to be putting in one last order for these light weight sweatshirts. If you missed out on the first order or didn’t know about the first order, the next order will be going in tomorrow (Thursday October 29). The sweatshirts are $40.
