“Death by 10m Sprints”
With a continuous running clock, sprint 10m the first minute, 2x 10m the second minute, 3x 10m the third minute, adding a 10m length each minute until your cannot complete the number of lengths within the corresponding minute.

ATTENTION: This Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday!! Due to the Super Bowl, we are going to be moving Sunday’s Open Gym from 3:30-5:00pm to 12:00-1:30pm. This way we can all get a great workout in and watch the big game.
