10 Shuttle runs (25 feet down and 25 feet back = 1 run. Must have 3 points of contact over the line)
With remaining time AMRAP Power Snatch (95/65)

Rest 2 minutes after each interval

Rest 5 minute after last interval

3 x 2 min intervals:
20 Thrusters (95/65)
With remaining time max cal Row
*Score is number of cals on the rower
Rest 2 minutes between intervals
