Take 7 minutes to build up to a 5 reps max Push Press.

Part 2
10 Rounds for reps:
30sec of Burpees
30sec of rest
30sec of DB Push press (45lbs/30lbs DBs/hand)
30sec of rest
*Athletes can start at any 30 second interval to make use of the Dumbbells optimally.
