(Ron Muscle-up) Last time we had Gymnastic Skill work Ron not only got 1 but 2 Muscle-ups! Today we are going to be working on Pull-ups, will anyone get their first pull-up today?

Upcoming September Events:
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday September 5-7 – We will be closed Saturday and Sunday in observance for the Labor Day Holiday and only have 1 WOD on Monday at 4:30pm. Go for a run, do some burpees, heck do both! Get out and have some fun in the sun before the sun is gone then join us for a super fun WOD on Monday! We will return to our normal schedule on Tuesday September 8th.

Tuesday September 8th – Tuesday will be the first day of CrossFit Masters!! CrossFit Masters is a specially designed class for anyone who is 50+ and wants to prolong an active healthy life style. This class will help anyone who wants to: increase flexibly and balance, play with their kids and grandkids, work in the garden, walk down AND up the stairs, obtain functional movement for life and live independently for a long time! if you would like more information about CrossFit Masters, please join us tomorrow September 2nd at 7am for a special free trial class. If you are interested in the CrossFit Masters Class but are unable to attend the free trial class, please email Yurii at yurii@crossfitbillings.com for more information.

Wednesday September 9th – If you ordered any of the Wild Alaskan Salmon, it has arrived!! Salmon pick-ups are going to be Wednesday September 9th. If you ordered salmon and have not received an email to pick-up your salmon, please let us know and we will make sure you get your Salmon.

Friday September 11th – Please join us for a Paleo Chefs Night here at CrossFit Billings. Many of you have been asking when our next nutrition Challenge will be, we will be revealing the full details of our next challenge at Paleo Chefs Night. Cook up for your favorite Paleo Dish and bring it over along with 20 copies of the recipe to share with others on Friday September 11th at 5:30pm. Not a Paleo Cook? Don’t fret!! Grab some fruit or a beverage of choice and come learn some great cooking tips from some of the best Paleo cooks we know!! if you have questions about Paleo Chefs night please email Josh at josh@crossfitbillings.com.

Tuesday October 6th – We will be hosting our second Olympic Lifting session beginning October 6th and running through !October 24th!! This session will run on Tuesdays and Thursday at 5:30pm. Based on feedback from our last session we have decided to cap the class at 16 athletes. If we have 20+ athletes interested in the class, another time slot may be opened up to accommodate everyone! Cost of the session will be $110 and will include a unique shirt for the class. Sign-up deadline will be Wednesday September 30th. Questions can be directed to josh at josh@crossfitbillings.com.
