The 2016 Open is right around the corner! Are you ready? Do you want to step up your game for the next couple of months to prepare for the CF Open? In the south room at the gym we have a created a 2 week training board to help people gather so they may workout together in groups and push each other. Here is how the board works. Simply write down the time you are planning on coming in to workout. Once we all know when everyone is working out, we can form groups and workout together. We are hoping this board helps to create community and camaraderie through our gym. There will also be a consistent gathering on Saturdays at 10:30am and Sundays at 1:30pm which will have a more structured flow with skill work focusing on Gymnastics work and Olympic Lifting work. These WOD’s do NOT replace your classes, these are just “extra work” to add to your fitness. This board is open for everyone to use, even if its just finding a time to get together with your best buddy to workout.
