CrossFit Kids is a fun alternative to everyday activities. Our program consists of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general, and scalable for any participant at any level. What exactly does that mean? The bottom line is CrossFit Kids is FUN! Kids learn to properly run, jump, squat, throw and play, while engaging with their peers. Every class is led by a trained CrossFit Kids instructor who has one goal: teach proper movement while making it fun! CrossFit Kids will begin on Monday June 6th and end Wednesday July 13th. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays this summer with Pups (ages 4-6) from 4:00 – 4:30pm and Dawgs (ages 7-12) from 4:35 – 5:20pm.

CrossFit Teens at CrossFit Billings is far greater than your everyday strength and conditioning program. We have a proven record for preparing athletes of all levels for competition, in many different sports. Our program is designed to improve power, speed, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and injury prevention. We utilize Olympic Lifting movements combined with metabolic conditioning and body weight strength training to develop the highest levels of General Physical Preparation for athletes. Teens will begin on Monday June 6th and will run through Thursday August 18th and will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 – 10:30am. Cost is $195.
