1 Legless Rope Climb
7 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans (40-50/25-35)
10 Medball Sit-Ups (20/14)

Please join us this upcoming Monday night (August 31st) at 5:30pm for a special mobility Clinic with Scott Johnson and Jeremy DeHerrera. Last Session Scott and Jeremy worked on Shoulder and Thoracic Spine Mobility but, this time, by request, they are going to be working on Hip and Ankle Mobility. This clinic is free for anyone to attend and is strongly encouraged for anyone who has tight hips or sits in a desk all day. We will still have 5:30pm class rolling while the clinic is in progress.
