10 Push-ups
15 Squats


We are doing the hero WOD “Murph” this Monday 3pm and BBQ Potluck to follow approximately 5pm (or when ever we finish the WOD)! Please bring some meat to throw on the BBQ and a side! Please invite your family and friends to come do the WOD (or just watch) and the BBQ too!
