5 Rounds for Time:
10 Double KB Swing (53/35)
15 Muscle Snatch (95lbs/65lbs)
20 GHD Hip Extensions
50 Double Unders
**One person goes the whole way through, then the next person goes.**
**Substitute 20 Romanian Deadlifts if the GHDs are full.**
