In a team of three, where 1 partner works while others rest
complete 5 rounds each for time:
10 Shoulder to overhead, 165lbs/110lbs
250m Row or 100 meter Prowler Push or Sled Drag (moderate weight that can be done without stopping)
Partner 1 works while partner 2 and 3 rest. Upon completion of the row, partner 1 and 3 rest while partner 2 works. Upon completion of the row, partner 1 and 2 rest while partner 3 works. Each partner has now completed 1 round. Time is total time for all five rounds.
