With a partner:

5 Rounds
7 Strict Pull-ups
120 Foot Double KB Front Rack Carry (53/35 lbs/hand. Handles touching)
15/10 Cal Bike or Row Sprint

*Person 1 does 7 Strict Pull-ups, 120 foot Carry and 15/10 Cal Bike/Row, then person 2 does the same. That is one round.

Part 2

1) 3x30 seconds Partner Tuck Medball Toss

2) Couch stretch, 60 seconds per side
