With a partner Both partners establish a 2 Rep max Power Snatch in 8 minutes

then....

With a partner
3 Rounds:
10 Push Jerks (165lbs/110lbs)
100ft Burpee Broad Jump
*1 round = Person 'A' does 10 Push Jerks and then a 100ft Burpee Broad Jump. When person 'A' finishes person Person 'B' does 10 Push Jerks and a 100ft Burpee Broad Jump. Continue in that fashion until each person has done 3 rounds. "
