Thursday December 8th WOD
Perform a set every 3 minutes:
Front Squat
3-2-1-3-2-1-3-2-1

This workout should be attacked in a heavy wave format. The second set of 3 should be heavier than the first set. The third set should be heavier than the second set and so on.
