25 Ring Push-ups
200 meter Med Ball Run (20/14)

Muscle Up Practice
Choose any of the following options for muscle ups and practice for 5-10 minutes post workout:
1) Ring Transitions
2) Band Assisted Muscle Ups
3) Toes Nail Assist Muscle Ups (pull to sternum drills) 3) Do sets of 3-5 Muscle ups focusing on efficiency of the movement.
