Every 2 Minutes for 4 Sets
2 Tempo Overhead Squats (3 second lowering phase, 3 second pause in the bottom)

Every 2 Minutes for 4 sets
1 Snatch Balance

Every 2 Minutes x 5 Sets
1 Hang Squat Snatch
*Allow approximately 3 minutes of transition between movements

Part 2
Medball Carry on Chest x 400 meters
Banded shoulder stretch x 60 seconds per side (optional)
