75 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb. ball to 10/9' target)
*Deadlifts are to be done in sets of no more than 5 reps at a time

1) 2-3 Rounds
2 Minutes Row, Bike, Jog or Jump Rope
20 second Hollow Hold
15-20 Band Good mornings
