Thursday December 15th WOD:
Split Jerk

The goal of this workout today is to review the mechanics of a Split Jerk and to go heavy!!

We wanted to remind you of the CrossFit Billings Christmas/End of Challenge party this Saturday night at 5pm. Chili, cinnamon rolls, and tons of fun. Also, we wanted to let you know that we have a number of gym members competing this Saturday in the "Better Than Before Throwdown" at the Radisson Convention Center. The competition starts at 8am.
