*Eyes up, look for the wall ball targets

2) 3 x 3 Partner Assisted Strict Pull-ups
*Scale up to Unassisted Strict Pull-ups or Weighted Strict Pull-ups

3) 5 x 1 rep Swing and Pull + Slow Negative
