Gymnastics Skill- Pushing/Pressing
1) Handstand Hold (look for toes) 3 x 10 seconds
(scale to plate overhead hold hold for 20 seconds)
2) 3 sets of: 5 Pike Push-ups + 5 Push-ups
(Scale up: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups + 5 Ring Dips)

Part 2
Strict Press
10-10-10-10-10
*Do 8 reps of 3 Point DB Rows/arm after each set with a controlled 3 second lowering phase"
