Tuesday September 13th – CrossFit Kids Fall session begins Tuesday September 13th running from 4:30 – 5:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for kids ages 7-12. Cost of the session is $100 and will run through November 3rd. It’s not too late to sign up!! Contact the gym (406-672-7580) with any questions or to sign your kids up today.
Thursday September 15th – We will be hosting a Fundraiser WOD for Ali Gauger to help out with her medical expenses. The WOD will be at 6:30pm with a social hour to follow. We are asking for a $20 buy in to do the workout all of which will go to Ali and Chase. Everyone is welcome CrossFit Billings Member or not!! Please BYOB for the Social Hour.
Friday September 16th – Deadline for the Fall Goal Setting challenge. All buy-ins need to be turned in to the office by close of business. Any questions about the challenge need to be directed to Yurii (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Josh (email@example.com). We will be emailing out challenge worksheets tomorrow morning (Tuesday September 13th).
Sunday September 18th – Kwee Jack Fish Co. will be dropping off the Salmon order which was placed back in May of this year. Anyone who ordered Salmon needs to come to the gym between 3:30pm and 5:30pm to pick up their order.
Thursday September 22nd – Scott and Jeremy from Integrated Rehab will be joining us at 6:30pm for a mobility session discussing foam rolling and how to optimize your time on the roller. Cost of the session will be $10 and is limited to 10 people. To sign up for the session, please put your name on the list by the check-in station and get your $10 to the office.
Tuesday September 27th – Josh will be kicking off a fall Olympic Lifting session on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Anyone looking to add weight to their Clean & Jerk/Snatch or improve their form in the Olympic lifts should consider this class. The session will run through November 17th and will cost $110.
