40 Double Unders

How it Works!!!

Step 1) Complete 50 calories on the assault bike as fast as possible.
Step 2) Take a photo of the completed calories on the assault bike console.
Step 3) Post to instagram tagging #assaultairbike and #crossfitbillings

That's it!!! Once CrossFit Billings reaches 25 tagged photos on Instagram, we will be entered into the drawing to win a new assault bike. We will also be holding a drawing for every member who submits a photo tagging CrossFit Billings and Assault Air Bike. Everyone who completes the challenge (no matter how fast or slow your time is), will be entered into a drawing to win a very special prize basket!! We will be drawing a winner on September 7th to see who wins the prize!! Good Luck!!!
