Wednesday November 2nd WOD
20 rounds For Time:
1 Power Snatch (185/125)
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

-Scaling Options-
1)
20 rounds
1 Power Snatch (at approximately 80% of 1 RM)
3 Pull-ups
6 Push-ups
12 Squats
*If the gymnastic elements are doable, they can stay at 5-10-15

2)
20 Rounds
1 Power Snatch at light load or from the Hang if needed
3 Pull-ups with a band
6 Push-ups on knees or with band
12 Squats

3)
15 Rounds
1 Hang Power Snatch (light load)
3 Pull-ups with a band
6 Push-ups on knees
9 Squats

Our next session of CrossFit Teens will begin Monday December 5th and end Thursday February 16th. This is an 11 week program, with a few days off during Holiday Break. Class times for athletes will be offered Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 3:30pm, each class lasting 1 hour. Cost of the program is $195.
