30 DB Thrusters (45/30 lb per hand)
80 Double Unders
20 DB Thrusters
40 Double Unders
10 DB Thrusters

Part 2
10-15 minutes for clients to practice anything they want to work on.
Examples could be:
Snatch balances
Jerk technique
Muscle ups (ring or bar)
Kipping efficiency and technique Handstand walks
