E2MOM for 8 minutes (4sets):
Jerk in Split Jerk Position x 5 reps
*Start with the empty bar & build over the course of the 4 sets

Every 2.5 minutes for 6 sets:
Behind The Neck Split Jerk x 1 rep
*Start at a moderate load and build up over the course of 6 sets.
