Wednesday December 14th WOD:
10 Rounds
30 seconds of Burpees
30 seconds of rest
30 seconds of DB Thrusters (45/30 lb DBs/hand)
30 seconds of rest

We are shooting for around 8 reps per round on the thrusters with a load that should feel light. Burpees should be consistent and numbers should not drop off much for this WOD. Work fast and rest fast.
