CrossFit Billings offers an off-season strength and conditioning program for local high school athletes. We have a proven record for preparing athletes of all levels for competition, in many different sports.
Our program is designed to improve power, speed strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and injury prevention. We utilize Olympic Lifting movements combined with metabolic conditioning and body weight strength training to develop the highest levels of General Physical Preparation for athletes.
Our next session will begin Monday December 5th and end Thursday February 16th. This is an 11 week program, with a few days off during Holiday Break. Class times for athletes would be offered Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 3:30pm, each class lasting 1 hour. Cost of the program is $205.
